BrytaTales is designed around family privacy, clear choices and the minimum data needed to provide the service.
Your choices matter
Guest use stays on the device. If a grown-up creates an account, BrytaTales stores the email address, secure password verifier, parent-owned profiles and the library state chosen for sync. Passwords and sign-in tokens are never stored in readable form on the server.
No advertising profiles
BrytaTales contains no advertising SDK or third-party ad tracking. Local reminders are optional and do not include a child’s name.
Export and deletion
A signed-in grown-up can export account data or delete the account from Settings in the app or the Account page on this website. Downloaded tales can be removed individually, and signing out removes the saved account session from the app.
